I got tired of being
the difficult one.

Every dinner party, every family meal, every work lunch — there was always that moment. The apologetic smile. The "oh, you can't eat that?" The separate plate from a different kitchen.

I've lived with coeliac disease my whole life. And I know what it's like to sit at a table and feel like you're on the outside of it.

OneTable started with a simple question: what if gluten-free food was so good, everyone wanted it? Not just the people who needed it — everyone.
